Amazon order cancelled. Never like doing business by those leaches anyhow.

Oder placed elsewhere and it'll arrive on Friday. Happy days

Book got dispatched from Amazon today, funny coincidence.. I thought about canceling the order me to, but laziness took over.

I think you'll enjoy it Cedric. As Steve says, I read it cover to cover.
The diagram for updating the GTR coolant system is in there. It answers a few other tech questions I was interested in.
One of the later U.S. GTR's with an engine built by Lee White has a particularly exotic spec - it was interesting to read his input.

Wes.

What an astonishing book, so much info that I have had such a hard time finding, all summarized. I really like that so much of the content is storys from the people actually involved, this will be a nice read for a while

I got this email: "Estimated arrival date: February 10 2015 - February 13 2015". Then all of a sudden they (Amazon) informed that the book status is "dispatched" and few days later the mail delivery guy was ringing the door bell.

Btw, that old Opel Manta is quite an attractive car. When I was in the army there was this one dude who had that kind of old yellow Manta, perhaps it was 1.9 SR. Really good looking coupe.

I've had a couple hot rodded Mantas. Horrible, and I mean HORRIBLE build quality but a riot to drive.
