Might sound crazy to some but the spare car it comes with will probably get scraped, ill hold onto scoop, intercooler and anything else I feel has usable value...We just don't have the space (and my partner the patience) for our shed to become a parts bay.
If anyone in New Zealand wants the WHOLE parts car for "cheap as bro" rates let me know!.else im just going to ring the car wreckers.
ex japan car ,non runner, missing windshield, striped for paint, rolling chassis needs vin,
One step closer! |
I'd be keen on taking want you don't want - sent you a pm
I know both of the cars - blue as they say was Jae's (has one of my intercoolers) and the other one is one that I did some work on in the 90's. It was pretty tidy then but I lost trackof it and last I'd hear was it had been well and truely trashed.
Cheers

I'm based In nelson.
Cars are in invercargill at moment,
I can get them shipped to my home (Im next door to a car transporter) for a bit under $500 each
Way I see it The parts car will cost me $500 to ship to nelson.Options for us were to just call a car wrecker or scrap dealer and get them to sort it maybe Id even walk away with some money who knows,I rung one today and said I have an non running turbo Porsche...guy started to lightly stutter and I had to chuckle.
Am happy to hear any idea's |

Hey mate hows it going?,updates are......,still hunting for injectors.Cars running much better than when I got it but progress is a little idle till I refill my car bank acc lol. Other than that great!,had lots of help locally,Still hunting for-good starter motor, injectors, seats, and 8in wheels for rear---all on a budget!! I know I can do this right and cheapish if I'm smart about it!
Found some Injectors in the north Island but got shot down by A "real" Porsche guy and just wasn't happy to give him money, attitude is everything!.
Done a few local runs which have been great! did a big car show couple of weeks ago etc,Other than that not much-Got a good bucket seats and rails but changed my mind to wanting something more lightweight,
Manifold, throttle body and inter-cooler are still not on yet, scoop is tidied up and ready to fit and paint ,Throttle body is rebuilt and is ready to go,But we want to sort the injectors first.Brass bushing's repainted linkage rods and linkage kit ready to fit, lots of half done things done But I will get there someday!! |
