Has anyone made a924/931 for this game yet? My sons are wild about GT Legends. They have recently found a 935 for the game. It would be cool to be able to race our own cars _________________ 81 931 Minerva Blue

For no particular reason at all, I ended up at the local Wal Mart and was wandering past one of their bargain bins that just happened to be full of old console and PC games and whaddaya know..? GTR was in there for eight bucks! So I bought it!
If anyone cares for a race sometime, lemme know... _________________ '80 924 Turbo |

I have just enjoyed reading this thread a lot and was awaiting the finale and Rasta's race with morghen. So when morghen finally got a wheel, half a year later , noone is there to pick up the fight from winter.
Maybe you have continued this thread somewhere else?
What happened with the online racers?
Racing for real now during high season?
When will the showdown be?
I have an old XP machine that I am replacing with a Windows 7 this fall. What is the chance of that game being available for Windoes 7? Not likely I assume.
Best regards

Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha
Looking forward to fall, which is only two weeks away.
I have a race on Saturday and that is my first "looking-forward-to-thingy".
Take care

Dunno what happened to Rasta, he's gone walkabout. But I'm still here! I bought myself a new computer after my old one died a couple of months back. At the time no-one was racing so I never re-installed the game. Hadn't checked this thread in a long time. But I'm happy to re-install and go back for another session!
The biggest problem is time zones. There's a three-hour difference just between one side of Canada/U.S. and the other, and that can be difficult enough (i.e. I get home at, say, 7pm but it's already 10pm on the other side of the country). Me'n Rasta are in the same time zone so we never had that problem. But you can imagine how tricky it is to get everyone together when we're on opposite sides of the planet!

I'd say that's a pretty safe assumption but Microsoft usually aren't too bad with their legacy stuff (well, eventually, anyway, after they work all the bugs out), so there might be a chance you can still run it under Windows 7. Dunno, you'll just have to try it, I guess. _________________ '80 924 Turbo |

No-one's posted here for a while, so I thought I'd give it a nudge. I have an xbox360 with Forza III and a wheel. If anyone else has a compatible setup and would like to run a few laps once in a while, lemme know... _________________ '80 924 Turbo |

HEY NIZZLES:
I am now using a great mod called "Power & Glory," which combines GTR2 and GTL. . .highly recommended.
Also, in honor of our first all toofah track day, MAM for GTR, courtesy of NoGripRacing.
This is a VERY high quality track. Highly recommended for any GTR players. _________________ Toofah King Bad

So, after six friggin' years ( ), Polyphony Digital has finally announced a release date for GT5. I shall be buying a copy (and a PS3 to run it on) and recommend that you do, too. Based on the previous versions (and at sixty million plus in development costs) I have absolutely no doubt that it will be the best driving game ever, period.
It has the Top Gear test track. That alone is worth the price of admission for me.
Seems it might be in 3D, too. So if anyone here has been dumb enough to empty their wallet so you can wear retard goggles to watch TV, you're catered for!
Consider yourself warned. You have four months. Get it, and let's get racing... _________________ '80 924 Turbo |

First Axiom of Racing Games - a racing game that is playable with an arcade-style controller cannot be the best racing game ever, no matter how pretty it looks. _________________ Toofah King Bad
