I've never heard of a reusable head gasket myself before -- why would you expect this high performance one to be different? |
Of course they wont be sold as "reusable" but thats not to say that they arent reusable....ive heard of many incidents of people reusing headgaskets with no problems....although not a preferred method _________________ 1979 NA

No big deal. . .agreed. Clearly you could cut off all four after the gasket is in place.
I am still interested to hear what they say, though. _________________ Toofah King Bad

I confirmed with Cometic today that the "rivet tabs" can be bent down, ground down, or cut off, no worries. In the meantime, they are going to update the drawing to move the tabs outward by about an inch for future runs. _________________ erstwhile owner of just about every 924 variant ever made |

{EDIT}
Also now listed as available on the Cometic website, part number C4542-050 for $121.21 _________________ erstwhile owner of just about every 924 variant ever made |
