Here is my attempt to identify all (or at least most) of the available options for upgrading our suspension bushings based on stock 924/944 suspension components (i.e. this does NOT include all of the available aftermarket sway bar options).
http://garage.ideola.com/top-Downloads.html
Left column, the link entitled 924/944 Suspension Bushing Analysis.

It's interesting that for many of the sway bar components, there are apparently NO available poly or delrin replacements, so depending on what you have on your setup, you might have to settle for OEM rubber replacements. As for the major components, since I've collected a variety of suspension bits from various donors, I'm still puzzling thru which combination I want to put together. The other question is whether to go with full monoball / solid mount ($$$$$pendy) or settle for Delrin / Poly for now and upgrade to the monoball stuff later. TBD, but in the meantime, I thought this might be useful to some of you guys as well.

As always, feedback welcome.

nicely done... this is a great tool! as usual, awesome work!

i would like to see bugpak/prothane cross referenced in there as well, as many of their poly bushings are directly compatible. maybe some one here has some p/n's that we can just plug in?

Hmmm...a quick search didn't yield any suppliers...post some links and I'll follow up on it.

Prothane poly control arm bushing kit is Prothane 22-201.

There are a ton of suppliers, HERE IS ONE.

Oh, and with your sway bar parts list you may want to add the factory rear mount, 477 501 095.

I have just posted a major update to the SUSPENSION, BRAKES, WHEELS & TIRES section of the Performance Upgrades thread. Rather than repeating that information here, and needing to maintain it in two places, please use the cross reference to gather more information about the various permutations and considerations for bushing upgrades.

Upon a quick investigation, it appears to me that the Prothane stuff is only available for the front A-arms. I have changed what I originally identified as EuroSport (which is just one reseller) to Prothane.

Regarding the rear trailing arm clip, I've added that into the spreadsheet, noting that it is only required if your car did not ship with a factory installed rear sway bar.

FWIW, there is another supplier in this space, a seller on eBay called "fastechracing". They recently had the upper torsion wing mounts and a set of rear sway arm mono ball bushings listed, and I've seen them list the solid Audi-based trans mounts as well (I think...either that or the upper torsion mount, can't remember). In any event, I've exchanged emails with them, and they claim to be manufacturing their own product, as well as working on a wider range of offerings. I have yet to see exactly what they're offering, but I've updated the spreadsheet with the torsion wing mount and sway arm bushing. The prices they've listed on eBay have been VERY competitive...in fact, the lowest I've seen for solid / monoball stuff. Again, FWIW.

Go for some variety of plastic, not sphericals. Spherical bearings, lacking any compliance, will do ugly things to your unibody on streets, especially Detroit streets. You won't lack anything for performance by going with Delrin.
