Let's put up some pics/specs of wheels we are using. Once we have a little DB going, it may get moved over to the FAQ.

Please include offset, tire sizes, and mods/spacers needed.

* PLEASE NO O/T POSTS *

Many thanks,

rasta

FRONT WHEEL: Porsche Design 90, 6x16, 52mm Offset
FRONT TIRE: P205/55R16 89V (Yokohama Avid V4s)
FRONT MODS/SPACERS: Fender lip factory rolled, no other mods

REAR WHEEL: Porsche Design 90, 8x16, 52 MM Offset
REAR TIRE: P225/50R16 91V (Yokohama Avid V4s)
REAR MODS/SPACERS: Factory Spacer. Fender lip rolled with channel lock pliers and a wood block (not needed at US ride height, but once car was lowered, rubbing was likely).

Your picture doesn't show the wheels very well.

I haven't been able to find these wheels anywhere else on this planet. I love them and think they suit the car perfectly.

Front wheels are 9 inch wide Ronal R10 Turbo's
Rear wheels are 10 inch wide Ronal R10 Turbo's

Front tires are 225/50/15 BF Goodrich G Force as are the new set
Rear tires are 245/50/15 BF Goodrich Comp T/A the new set are 245/50/15 Dunlop SP 8000's.

As for offsets and modifications. I don't know and don't care as the fenders are wide/ big enough to hold these wheels and tires... just barely.

Trying to locate 4 centres of these in 5x130, I know some VW guys that make spun rim halves for them so I can make a set of optimum offset wheels.

No spacers, no mods, just bolted them on.

Hey Paul,
Were you able to use the 9's in the rear. I bought a set of these wheels and have yet to mount them. I was going to use the factory 930 25mm rear spacers. How much space do you have between the sping plate and the tire. they will appear onthe club sport 20v later in the spring.Yours looks good in white.

7x17" wheels with 55 offset on all 4. Larger tires/wheels on the rear cause understeer.

These are stock 993 FRONT wheels on a 924S.

Here are some Focus Rims. I'm pretty sure they fit, and they look pretty nice, but not to flashy

Hmmm, someone's hounded me to contribute and I was going to say "I do not know",
but then just found some old notes -

late 931 OE "flat wheels", (aka- garbage can lids, sewer hole covers, 928 wheels, etc.)
part no.: 477.601.026B FCO
size - 6Jx16
backspace - 5-19/32" (142mm)
offset - 52.3mm

911 "Fuchs wheels" (aka- Fuchs 5-spoke, or just 5-spoke wheels)
part no.: 911.361.020 FCO
size - 6Jx16
backspace - 4-7/8" (125mm)
offset - 36mm

(The Fuchs (say- "Fooks", please ) stick out 16mm more than the OE wheels, and the tires on Fuchs wheels
rubbed both front and rear-left fenders on bumps and turns until the suspension was
upgraded (including thicker front stab.bar, added rear stab.bar, 220lb. standard height
front springs, and JCW rear shock helper springs) and thinner spacing is used on the rear-left
when the Fuchs (with spring-summer-fall tires) are installed.)

they used to have a small cult following in nz for older japanese car drifting. they're not as common now but they used to be reasonably priced. my mate had them on his '82 celica.
