Makes me wish I need the trigger wheel too!!!
Unless anybody wants to build a toothed drive for a supercharger with a trigger wheel attached!

Just checking, the wheel itself is made out of steel, right?
The gaps are pretty narrow too, I might be a little concerned about the trigger picking them up ok? Did you guys send a stock 60-1 EDIS wheel to him too? Might have helped in the design a bit. The craftsmanship is definitely excellent. Hope it all works out! _________________ 1980 931S

Nemesis,
What is your profession? Are you some sort of machinist for a porsche racing team? I just wonder because you happen to have scads of parts, and looks like a nice shop with nice tools to boot!

I sent him a Ford EDIS 36-1 wheel, and Nemesis sent him a crank pulley.
I think that pic is of Dave's work bench not Nemesis'.
I'm trying to be patient, I... cant... wait.... much.... longer. _________________ [This Space For Rent] |

Just got a email from dave:

I have a couple things for you.
1. After counting paypals and checks, I counted 7 trigger wheels and 8 block off plates.
I guess I have one trigger wheel left.
2. I have two units that got machined a little different than others I'll attach a pic. There is no problem using them but the center ring got over bored, the machine grabbed the wrong cutting tool twice before I caught it.
So I would like to , Ask for a volunteer to help me out and take a blem OR I can send it as is and send them 10% off the part back.
Otherwise, everything is ready to go. I have all the boxes and packing stuff to get these out today.
please let me know, asap
Dave |

Mate, I'm gonna be very English and ask what a 'blem' is ? and I'm not sure about the 10% off the part back?
Is there one extra trigger wheel on offer? |

It's ok, I had to ask him what it meant to, I'll get back to you with what it means.
It was 135 for the trigger wheel, so someone can get one for 121.50 dollars. There is also an EXTRA trigger wheel available...
That means there really has to be only 1 volunteer to take the over-sized center peice. _________________ [This Space For Rent] |
