|
|
Would it be possible to swap out the rear drum brakes for some disk brakes? They would probably have to come off of a 944 or later model 924 (dont know if they still had drums... mines a '77).
If so... how would this be executed? Maybe someone who has done this could provide me with a how to.
Was also considering updating rotars to something slotted and cross-drilled, so probably just a whole new set up would be better.
Any help here? _________________ 1977 Porsche 924 |

And a two...
And there's about a million more. Try searching... _________________ '80 924 Turbo |

Yes... I have the words, "DON'T PANIC" written in large, friendly letters across my cover.

A bit OT, but...
Nothing quite bothers a guy like getting to the end of the sixth book in the series and finding out that unfortunately Douglas Adams died before he could finish them. _________________ Gone: 1981 silver 924 w/ black int. and a 5 speed. |

Absolutely!
Also, "Last Chance to See" and "The Salmon of Doubt" (worth it for his rants on computers and "Frank The Vandal" ). And "The Meaning of Liff" - Shoeburyness... heh heh heh
I think I've read all his books. If anyone knows of some obscure ones I've missed, please let me know. I'd love to read anything he's written.
And I've got the original HHGG radio series, too
Apparently a DNA quote, according to Wikiquote:
