Mark, I have just checked the UPS site again and the UPS tracking number you gave me shows it has NOT been shipped. Whatever it was you "dropped off at 4:00" yesterday was NOT the item.

Maybe the blizzard we are having affected the UPS pick up from their outlet stores I don't know but your item has been shipped as I said.

You need to call the UPS store where you dropped it off at the phone number you gave me and talk to Jimmy. They have no record of you dropping off the package.
As of 8:30 this am, it is still not in the UPS system, other than you purchased a label. It has NOT been shipped.

A phone call to Jimmy at the UPS Store has been made.
Another phone call to Latisha at UPS customer service has been made, and she called you while on the other line with me so I think we should be on the same page as far as tracking it.

Notice that I am being called a liar, but still I have refrained from any such remarks? I try and respond in a civil manner no matter what. Especially if I am at fault and you have actually paid money for something, unlike some people...cough...cough, which in fact is not the case here.
