does the hose connection coming out the side of the wur is that for vacuum or boost, the vacumm diagram that shows sparg plug distributor with two vacuum hookups (advance & retard) shows a vacuum hookup is this correct? thank you in advance for the help

As Rastas diagram indicates, it tees into the retard vacuum line. This causes the WUR to increase control pressure (leans mixture) when the throttle plate is closed.
