| does the hose connection coming out the side of the wur is that for vacuum or boost, the vacumm diagram that shows sparg plug distributor with two vacuum hookups (advance & retard) shows a vacuum hookup is this correct? thank you in advance for the help |

As Rastas diagram indicates, it tees into the retard vacuum line. This causes the WUR to increase control pressure (leans mixture) when the throttle plate is closed.
