The fuel pump and fan fuses had well and truely blown, have to find out why, the plastuc had melted. Plus re-seated the fuel pump relay and it is running again, stated straight away

Nice looking car!
Mine is an '82 with the same spoiler and the same wheels as shown on S150's red 924. Also mine is an auto, in black, with the large decals down the sides.

well I would recommend that you make sure you are still charging, you should be producing roughly 13.6 volts.

I've had the alternator stripped down and cleaned etc and some burnt/decayed cables replaced to fix a "not charging" problem.
The voltmeter was showing a good charge after this but in only 300 miles ...
