So I grinder one of the terminals down, spun the pump off and with a night of soaking the fittings with every type of bolt loosening fluid I had, I was able to get better leverage and break it free. N ... |

The banjo fitting on the pump is not a barbed fitting is it? It is metal and then has rubber hose crimped on it like high pressure hydraulic lines.
