| The gears are fine - just real tight to pull in and out- Is this normal for a trans that has been sitting for a long time?- Will it loosen up on its own? |

I finally got the trans off the parts car. The coupling was rusted. Someone said in another post to just use a extension ratchet and a hammer-That did the trick once I got a good corner shot to hit

watch out! There are Dot-Marks on both sides of the cam-wheel!!
They have a quarter offset,so make sure its installed the same way then before.

| If you pulling the head and have not done the bottom. Do both. This was a mistake I made. You can always bolt on a new cam and header later. |
