When I used the CIS gauge and took residual readings with the valve open the pressure fell in 3-5 min.

When I took the readings again with the valve closed the pressure stayed above 2B for 6 hours ...

Thanks for the suggestion but installing a new pickup didn't solve the problem. I also bought the chinese dist on eBay and found out the hard way although they said it would work and fit it didn't. ...

Looking to rebuild my 1980 924 NA ignition distributor and not having any luck finding anyone. The Bosch part number is 477905205A.

Anyone know where I can send it to get it rebuilt ? ...

Best job I have had BOTH my fuel distributor AND WUR rebuilt was from Fuel Injection Corp .
They did a much better and faster job than Special T.

They were priced better also. Highly recommend ...

My 80 924 N/A has a residual pressure loss. After just 4 minutes it drops to almost zero.

Yes all parts given back from each mechanic .. Will try some of the things said . Some I am capable and some I am not. Thermo Time swicth was replaced.

Just to clarify. there have been three sets of injectors replaced by three mechanics. I know I was suspicious but had them do it.

I then recently tested them myself no leaking.

BTRacing One clarification please. . In the picture I see one O Ring in the middle. At the end of the plunger there seems to be another rubber ring ( end of the unit)
