For your first point there is a lot more to consider, bigger is not better it's only different.
For torque you want high speed inlet air speeds which means long thin pipes which gives better cylind ... |

OK...just how critical is that little pilot bearing on the back of the crankshaft? Freaking $80! Can I delete it?
BTW I am swapping the snailshell/drive shaft with an early 944 larger diameter driv ... |

As long as it's under 2mm it'll probably work, but I'd aim for .7mm if you can. |

It's supposed to be <1mm if your trigger wheel is mounted OK then this should be easy to achieve. |

Yes there is defiantly supposed to be a screw cover on that hole.
As for standard 924 injectors I doubt very much anyone has bothered to check compatibility - why bother, there is nothing to be gai ... |

Braze or hard solder.
Weld will be a pain as it's massively contaminated with oil.
Braze will burn it off nicely.
Also as it's so thin you can get the pipe tinned with braze first then qu ... |
