All the numbers on those graphs have to be doubled as they're in camshaft degrees for some reason but we normally talk about ignition timing in crankshaft degrees, which rotates twice as fast.

In my experience they all flow the same. I tested flow with no injectors on the end of the lines and it was exactly the same as with the injectors on.
