Problem ended up being the Fuel Pressure Regulator (FPR). I was directed there by another member, with link to clarks garage article. really appreciate the online communities |

The Distributor was loose at top (not locked in completely) Removed Distributor and found locking screw was in place on the ignition rotor. Dust shield was also broken. Cleaned ins ... |

Yeah I did get a OME DME relay. (I suppose it could still be a bad one). Haven't tried jumping to bypass the relay to see if that works. But did check speed sensor and refe ... |
