924 NA is heron style combiustion chamber ie. flat head with combustoin chamber machined into the piston crown.

931 is a buthtub combustion chamber, which at least gives you some squish area.

a quick internet search has revealed that the zetec engine cylinder spacing is 3.164, does anyone happen to know what the spacing is on the 924 block?
