Ha! Another dubber with a 924!

From my understanding, late 944 top mounts lower the front approx 1", add in 30mm springs and you've got 55mm right there.

Dont bother trying to fix the wing, it really is junk.

As for the rear, grind back to good metal. A couple of skims of filler then prime and paint.
