I have no hole in my head! 
I am in the middle of a rebuild. Head has yet to be tanked, etc. Suggestions? The heater hose solution scares me a little. Its very tempting though. sammy |

| Not sure what the junk could be, maybe grease of some sort... When I assembled mine, I coated the outside of the diaphragm with silicone based grease.
