I actually ended up painting with an aluminum color engine paint that is supposed to have ceramic in it.

I screwed a bolt into that pin and used a screwdriver to pry it out and also the claw end of a hammer. After I hit it with some WD-40. Worked pretty well.

I found one on Ebay UK, but or says the seller won't ship. I may just call a Porsche parts department to see of they still make them. Have not found them anywhere else.
