Oooh. I'd be concerned about using lightweight/thin wall on a turbo exhaust, especially right at the turbo. I assume you're not going with inconel?

Yeah I too have a heat shield there, was able to get a bolt in that flange but no it wasn't easy.

I changed over to an allen head screw for the last lower bolt on the header. Still not super-easy ...
